Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of inzurihealth.org (the "Service") operated by Zuri Health (Riverside Drive 42, Westlands, Nairobi 00100, Kenya). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental consent.
• You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with operation, or to attempt unauthorised access.
• You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Zuri Health or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use, store, and process the content to provide the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed USD 100, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zuri Health from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of KE.

Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nairobi, KE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
